Did you know that Imhoff Farm has its very own in-house bakery, which produces all our fresh baked bread, cakes, ready-made meals and confectionary? Made from scratch right here on the farm, we only use high-quality Austrian flour, real butter and cream, and safe, local water.

Our bakers, Estie, Laura and Loveness, are all from local communities and have been trained in-house. Specialties include rotis, samoosas, quiches, muffins, scones, date balls and crunchies. We also make a wide variety of breads – including rye, gluten free, seed loaf, ciabatta and sweet potato – and cakes, such as lemon meringue, cheese cake, carrot cake and chocolate torte.

Denise, our goat farmer, is also known for her legendary goat’s milk tarts, homemade fudge and other treats.
