Kommetjie Environmental Awareness Group (KEAG) is dedicated to uplifting our living environment and preserving our natural environment. Established in 1991 as a non-profit organisation, it continues to run environmental projects, many of which also create employment.

Don’t miss a visit to KEAG’s exciting environmental centre and adjoining shop, Ilithalomsa, packed with innovative arts and crafts made from the most interesting recycled materials. You are also likely to find talented kelp painters and artists creating craft from waste right here on the farm.
