    Ogwini Boutique Garden Emporium

    Nursery and Speciality Microgreens

Ogwini Boutique Garden Emporium is a local Kommetjie business supplying fresh, naturally grown microgreens to the public and restaurants in and around Cape Town. Having recently taken over the nursery at Imhoff Farm, Ogwini Boutique Garden Emporium founders Hendri and Leigh-Ann Burger are focused on implementing sustainable and organic practises as well as providing food growing education to the community and surrounds.

Alongside their deletable microgreens which add flavour and nutrients to any dish, the nursery has a carefully curated selection of biodegradable pots, succulents, water wise plants and fresh flowers. Beautiful gifts including  ceramic pots, baskets and macrame pieces made by local artists can also be found in the refreshed space.

    The Growers

Husband and wife, Hendri and Leigh-Ann Burger are the proud new owners of the nursery at Imhoff Farm. As a viticulturist and cellar manager, with a BAgric, Hendri started cultivating micro greens for home use.

Due to the unbeatable quality of his delicious produce, news quickly spread and Ogwini Boutique Garden Emporium grew into a thriving business.

When the opportunity arose, Hendri and Leigh-Ann jumped at the chance to move their beloved business to Imhoff Farm and they look forward to growing the nursery offering, while educating and learning from the vibrant  local community.
